Cats are pretty good...anybody who says cats don’t care about their owners probably hasn’t had one though. I’ve had my dude since he was a kitten, greets me at the door when I get home, follows me around like a dog. The dog also follows me around like a dog, but it means more when the cat does it, because they typically don't do that.

There was an outdoor cat that used to do the same for me. Everyday I’d see it walk across the street and jump onto my porch as I walked home from the bus stop. It would just sit and chill with me for a bit and eventually wander off. That was one of two cats that didn’t want me dead.

This is Mickey and Snowball, we have had them since they were little kittens. Me and the wife don’t have kids because these two are enough of an awesome handful for us. Mickey follows me everywhere, I call him my personal meowing shadow. Snowball loves to play, she will sneak up on me and bat at my legs as she runs buy. Non cat people just don’t understand how awesome they are.
